AIT후 효과의 상실 요인들

2. 큰 소리에 노출:
  매우 큰 음악듣기,
  큰소리 기계에 노출(전기톱, 잔디깍는 기계),
  갑작스런 매우 큰 소리(총소리, 폭죽소리 등)
 * 귀마게, 귀덮게 등으로 이런 소리로부터 귀를 보호해야 한다. 
 
3. 내이신경독성 약물(ototoxic medication)
  내이신경독성 부작용을 유발하는 약물은 AIT 결과에 좋지 못한 영향을 준다:
  내이신경독성약물(ototoxic medication)은 청각기제를 손상하는 부작용을 유발.
  내이신경독성 약물은 귀감염 치료제, 피부약물(연고 등), 안약(안연고, 안물약) 등에 포함.
  이는 혈관 속에 흡수되어 청각기제에 영향.
 
  내이신경독성약물들(ototoxic medications):
   - Quinine
   - Sodium salicylate
   - Streptomycine
   - kanamycine
   - Gentamycine
   - Neomycine
   - others
   - 아스피린, 모르핀, Advil, Benardryl 등 많은 약물은 이명이나 귀울음 유발가능.
  ※  의사와 상의하는 것이 가장 좋은 해결책입니다.
 
4. 생화학적 불균형 유발 약물:
  1) 일부 소리민감성은 생화학적 불균형 때문이며, 이는 AIT로 도움을 받을 수 없다.
  2) 인공감미료aspartame(or Nutrasweet), 인공감미료popular artificial sweetener는 소리과민에 영향 준다.
    아동들의 씹어먹는 비타민은 주로 aspartame사용한다.
  3) aspartame과 Tegretol의 또 다른 부작용은 귀울음, 이명 tinnitus buzzing ringing을 유발할 수 있다.
  4) 항생제(antibiotics)처방 시, 극히 민감한 청각은 효과를 상실하거나, 언어능력이 퇴행.
  5) 항간질약물(Tegretol(Carbamazepine)의 부작용도 청각문제(hyperacusis) 유발가능.
  6) 마그네슘 결핍은 소리민감성과 관련(마그네슘 보충으로 해결가능)

  ※ AIT 실시 전에 소리민감성의 생화학적 요인을 논의, AIT를 할 것인지,
      생화학적 원인의 처치를 먼저 할 것인지를 결정해야 한다.
 
5. 점진적 효과감소 요인:
  1) AIT 이전에 매우 민감한 청력을 가진 사람에게 나타날 수 있다.
  2) 알 수 없는 요인으로 서서히 나타날 수 있다.
  3) AIT후 헤드폰 착용
  4) 큰소리 음악회
 ※ 대부분은 추가적으로 AIT를 실시하면 해결가능
